| As President and Chief Operating Officer,
Dr. Boulos oversees the company's worldwide operations
and strategic directions from MWH Soft Corporate
headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado. During his nine-year tenure in this role, the company's net revenues have increased tenfold, operating income has multiplied by a factor of 31 and backlog has multiplied by a factor of 210, while earning a reputation for customer consideration and service. He also holds Board
of Director post on both MWH Soft and MWH Global, and maintains significant
relationships with key clients. Mr. Boulos has more
than 20 years of industry experience, primarily
at the project manager, project director and officer-in-charge
levels. Over the years, he has managed and directed
projects ranging from master planning and regional
water quality studies to large IT integration projects.
He is a recognized world-leading expert in water
resources engineering, has won many prestigious
honors including technical awards from the American
Society of Civil Engineers, the American Water Works
Association and the US Environmental Protection
Agency, and was awarded Honorary Diplomate (Hon.D.WRE) status by the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers (AAWRE), becoming one of only sixteen distinguished engineering professionals worldwide ever to receive AAWRE's highest honor. Additionally, he has served on technical
review committees for several municipal drinking
water projects throughout the United States and
is currently a Consultant to the US EPA Science
Advisory Board Drinking Water Committee (Stage 2
Disinfectants and Disinfection Byproducts Rule and
Long-Term 2 Enhanced Water Treatment Rule), as well
as a member of the National Academy of Sciences/National
Research Council (Committee on Public Water Distribution
Systems: Assessing and Reducing Risks). Mr. Boulos
also currently serves as chairman of the board of
international advisors of the Lebanese American
University as well as a member of the external advisory
board of the civil and environmental engineering
department of the American University of Beirut.
He is also a Director of AMIDEAST and a board member of the National Association
of GIS-Centric Software (NAGCS) and the Arab-American National Museum National Advisory Board. |

| Mr. Heath is MWH Soft's Director of
Sales and Client Relations, responsible for overseeing
all marketing and sales functions, directing large
campaigns, managing professional services, and supervising key client relationships.
Mr. Heath has almost two decades of experience in
water distribution and wastewater collection systems
planning and management, and has been associated
with several of MWH Soft's largest client initiatives.
Additionally, Mr. Heath has intimate responsibility
for building and managing business partner relationships
as well as examining the international environmental
software market, technology trends and competitive
landscape. |

| As Director of Product Development, Mr. Ro is

| As Director of Operations, Mr. Antal is responsible for all operational, financial and administrative matters impacting the company. He works closely with the President, the Director of Sales and Client Relations, and the Director of Product Development to achieve the strategic goals of the company. In addition, Mr. Antal has a strong legal background in the areas of general corporate, telecommunications, e-commerce, and intellectual property law. |
