MWH Soft plays a global philanthropic role by responding to community needs in the areas of education, culture, and the environment. The MWH Soft Caring Foundation program offers assistance to qualifying nonprofit organizations and relief initiatives through monetary donations, in-kind contributions, and volunteerism. University Grants
MWH Soft has awarded more than $2.0 million worth of software to over 36 Universities in 14 countries for use in teaching and research to support civil and environmental engineering students with the latest advances in water and sewer systems modeling and management technology.

Endowed Scholarships
MWH Soft established the MWH Soft Environmental Engineering Endowed Scholarship to fund scholarships for outstanding Environmental or Water Resources Engineering students who have a passion for promoting the advancement and well-being of all people by building, operating, and sustaining safe, reliable water and wastewater infrastructures. Scholarship funds must be used for tuition expenses.

Cultural Institutions
MWH Soft supports a few select nonprofit cultural organizations and charities in the local community.

International Development Organizations
MWH Soft provides financial support to select international nonprofit development organizations that help people in developing countries improve their quality of life by supporting the development of locally sustainable drinking water resources, sanitation facilities and health and hygiene education programs.

Volunteering
MWH Soft supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits program, profit sharing, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, training and development, and encourages them to make individual contributions of both their time and resources to the world around them.
